How you may use this platform
Lexus Review Center provides review materials, quizzes, mock board examinations, and student tools strictly for educational use by enrolled students. By accessing the portal, you agree to the following terms.
- Accounts are for personal use only. Sharing, lending, or reselling your login credentials is not permitted.
- All course content, materials, quiz items, and exam rationalizations are proprietary. Reproduction, scraping, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
- Student accounts are granted access only after payment verification by the Lexus admin team.
- Lexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without refund.
- These terms are governed by applicable Philippine law and regulations.
How we handle your information
We collect and process only the data necessary to operate the Lexus review platform and deliver your learning experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Account details (name, email, Facebook name)
- Learning progress, quiz scores, and session activity
- Payment records and enrollment submissions
- Support messages and feedback
- To operate and improve the review platform
- To verify enrollment and grant account access

Data handling follows the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). For data privacy concerns, contact us through the official Facebook page.
The mobile app signs in to the same account you use on the web and does not collect anything beyond it. Specifically: your email is used to authenticate; your name, quiz scores, XP, and learning progress sync from your account so you can study across devices; and if you download a video lesson for offline viewing, the app generates a random identifier stored securely on that device (not your device's hardware ID) to enforce the offline-device limit and allow us to revoke access if a device is lost. The app does not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location, and does not process payments — billing is handled on the website. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app under Profile → Delete account.
Refunds and subscription terms
We want every student to have a fair experience. Refund eligibility depends on account usage at the time of the request.
- Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) days of enrollment confirmation.
- Accounts that have substantially accessed paid course content, such as lessons or mock exams, are not eligible for a full refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (GCash) where possible.
- Processing time for approved refunds is typically 3–7 business days.
- To request a refund, contact the Lexus admin team through the official Facebook page with your payment reference number and enrollment details.
